The Messina Creative Department is teamed with PS40 for a four-day sensory experience. The Creative Department served sweet and savoury plates with wild flavours, and we made 10 cocktails to match them, each with an element of gelato in it.

Bubble & Squeak was a 3 day collaboration between PS40 and young gun chef, Jake Ryan Dolin from Rockpool Bar & Grill as part of the World Class Cocktail Week. The event reimagined Britain’s favourite food & drinks. It featured a custom made fermented crumpet soda and a Hiramasa kingfish cured with gin and PS Bush Tonic.
